Key Deadlines We Track

Companies House requires your Confirmation Statement within 14 days of the review period, and accounts within 9 months of your financial year end. HMRC deadlines vary by tax type — CT600 is due 12 months after your accounting period ends, with payment due at 9 months and 1 day. We monitor all of these for you, ensuring nothing is missed.
